Information we collect
When you submit a contact or sample form, we collect the information you provide, such as your name, organization, work email, phone number, material interest, application and requested quantity.
How we use it
We use this information to understand the technical request, identify possible material options, prepare a quotation, answer follow-up questions and maintain a record of the business inquiry. We do not use inquiry forms to subscribe you to an unrelated mailing list.
Sharing and retention
Inquiry details may be shared with relevant sourcing, logistics or technical partners only when needed to answer the request. Records are retained for as long as reasonably necessary for the inquiry, quotation, compliance and business-record purposes.

Website services
The website is hosted with Hostinger and may use search-verification, traffic-measurement or translation services when those tools are enabled for site operation. Service providers and enabled tools should be reviewed whenever the website setup changes.
